Our mission is to provide the people of Peace with books and DVDs to help us become the people God created us to be ... to provide materials for our enjoyment ... and to provide a pleasing space in which to spend time.
The Peace Library is located off the Gathering Place across from the Community Life Center. It is staffed on Sunday mornings but is designed to be self-service at other times. All library materials are entered into an online cataloging system that can be accessed on the library computer and sorted by author, title, or subject matter.
Library materials can be checked out for three weeks by signing your first, last name, and current date on the book card found in the back of each item. We have a nice selection of books and DVDs for all ages. We also have small collections of music CDs and audiobooks.
The Library seeks to support the mission of Peace and the needs of our attenders. Our shelf labels can help you find special collection materials on certain subjects. Some of the most requested resources include Parenting, Marriage & Family, Stephen's Ministry, Caregiving, Large Print Books, Grief, Devotions, and Leadership.
Our Library team adds books, movies, CDs, and audiobooks throughout the year. They are listed by call number and title.
